Refund Policy

Every new account gets 14 days of Plus free, with no card or M-Pesa needed, so you can see whether Ustadi works for your courses before paying.

If you are not satisfied, write to support@ustadi-ai.com within 7 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. Your account returns to the Free plan when the refund is made.

After 7 days payments are not refunded, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Because nothing renews automatically, you will never be charged for a period you did not choose.

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but your plan did not activate, write to us with the payment reference from your receipt. We will fix the plan or refund the extra charge, whenever you tell us.

Refunds go back to the M-Pesa number or card you paid with. We start the refund within 3 working days of agreeing it; how soon the money shows after that depends on your bank or mobile money provider.

Institution plans are invoiced; refunds and cancellations follow the agreement signed with the institution.
